The Anita & Wayne's sub-floor repairs

Anita & Wayne had sub-floor damage in the bedroom of their new home. The damage was caused by a previous roof leak. I removed the hardwood flooring and repaired the sub-floor. Wayne installed the new floating hardwood flooring after I made the repairs. Im sure it turned out very nicely.
