Lynne & Ronald's rental house was in need of a face lift. I completely remodeled the inside of the house with new floating hardwood flooring in the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway and loft. All new paint throught the whole house. The bathrooms got new ceramic tile, light fixtures and one even got a new vanity. The bedrooms got new bi-fold doors. The kitchen got new countertops and new paint plus knobs on the cabinets. This was a big project and it really turned out great. Lynne & Ronald were so pleased with the work they decided to put it on the market and the home sold a few months later. Congrats! :-)
