Staining the exterior of the Pursers House

Lynne & Ronald Purser, Pickens SC

I had been doing a lot of work that year for Lynne and Ronald on some of their rental property. When he went to stain the exterior of his personal home he had gotten several prices from local painters. The contractors came in at what I feel was very high, Ron called me to see if I could help him out. Scott Respass and I ended up taking the job to save them several thousand dollars.
It was a big project because the house was so high off the ground. We decided to rent a 40' lift to reach the top. This proved to be a great idea because we were able to finish the job in 4 days. It took us two days to tape, and two days to spray the stain. This also included some rotten wood damage at the front of the house and a large high window at the back of house we had to remove to finish the repairs. Ronald and I were very impressed we had gotten the 4000sf home done that quickly.
